Standard flat hood is a fiberglass replica of the original Firebird hood. This hood offers a great weight savings over the Standard steel. It will bolt to the original hinges and we offer low tension replacement hood springs. For front latching model, order FB-191

FB-600 Standard flat hood for 1970-1976 Firebird "Shaker". Scoop that bolts to carb is available as separate item. Hood bolts to hinges in the rear and uses pins in the front.
Has inner structure for rigidity and strength. Made from hand laid fiberglass and has smooth gray gel coat surface. Rolled edges on all sides insure perfect fit.

FB-103
Standard fiberglass reproduction of the Firebird trunk lid. This trunk lid features a minimal type inner bracing for low weight. It must be pinned or Dzus'd on for racing application only.

FB-127
Overall snorkel height is 7 inches as measured from the surface of the hood to the top of the scoop. As with all Unlimited's snorkel hoods, the base is molded in as part of the hood. The snorkel top is supplied as an extra part that is easily bolted on. Full inner structure for bolting to original hinges.

FB-103H
Same as FB-103 but has a full fiberglass inner structure for mounting to the original hinges and latch. Molded edges on all sides guarantee a perfect fit without cutting or grinding. (Back side shown)

FB-128
This hood offers 2 1/4 inches of extra clearance over a stock flat hood. Full inner structure insures strength and durability. Small steel inserts are firmly molded in for hinge mounting. Scoop is open in the back to allow air flow into the engine compartment.

FB-105R/L
Easy to install and will provide many years of reliable service without cracking or distorting. Fiberglass replacement fenders also reduce overall weight of the vehicle, thus improving mileage and performance. Another benefit to fiberglass is that it won't rust or deteriorate from weather conditions.

FB-400
Exact replica of the Firebird 400 hood. This hood has the small scoops added on after the hood is molded. This procedure makes the hood look original. Hinge mounting is provided and molded edges on all sides provides an exact fit. For front latching model, order FB-490

FB-112R/L
For racing application only. These doors will bolt to original hinges. Handles, locks and latches can be installed to make a complete open and close door assembly. Lexan windows are recommended. Upper flange built in for mounting lexan window.

Fiberglass replicas of the original scoop inserts. These inserts are designed to be bonded to a 400 style hood only. They cannot be installed on a standard flat hood.

Trunk lid pin on.  This trunk lid features rolled edges on 3 sides to insure a perfect fit without sanding or adding fiberglass.  This fully hand-laid trunk lid is designed with minimal bracing for low weight.  Must be used with racing style hood pins or 1/4 turn dzus fasteners.  See FB106H for bolt-on model.
